offers Arya linux also facilities for Asiatic languages

espec. for such of India (Hindi, Tamil, Sanskrit)?

and what is with programming languages (like lisp or better prolog) in Arya linux and those languages (Debian offers both SWI-Prolog and Yap-Prolog, but both in the usual version. How far it is possible to manage words or texts in Devanagari in the implemented version of those languages, if they are also available in Arya Linux)

same thing for geographic app's and photographic ones (merkaartor, marble-qt oder marble for kde, darktable, raw-studio, kamera, digikam) as they are very interesting and important for people interesting in foreign far countries?

same thing for genealogy (gramps): it can be important for people searching to rediscover her sources...

last question: which window managers are available? I prefer the very small JWM as it is very easy to manage in only one unique file containing all, menu entries, tray definitions, definition of windows including of background picture, no other app like xli or feh or rox needing for that (also rox is a good solution and tree/file manager with very simple access to user settings), StartUpCommands (so you can immediately begin with your adequate setxkbmap, open your browser, my lovely browser is xombrero as it is secure, fast and -relatively- small but complete). good is also xfce4-appfinder in all installations: he finds graphic applications eventually not taken in consideration by more important menu managers like the one of kde!)

Hi,

Your question made me start thinking in a different direction. A short answer to your question:

There is no special support for Asian Languages in AryaLinux. None from our side at least. Whatever support is, the support provided by the packages themselves that are built into whatever configuration you choose to build for instance if you are building an XFCE desktop and choose to build the xfce set of applications they might multi-language support to the extent of menu options etc.

As for Desktop Environments are concerned, there is just Mate and XFCE as of now. Working on Gnome and KDE as well. Hope that would be done soon. As of now there are alps scripts to build the same but they are like bleeding edge. Our area of sight as of now is a subset of the BLFS book and we are trying to cover up as much as possible in it through alps and the alps build scripts. Once we are done with that we would surely look at expanding into elements outside the BLFS book.

I have duly noted the suggestions you have made though and would surely work on them in the time to come.
