[SOLVED] Image on thumb drive

Good evening all,

I just downloaded the archlinux-2012.08.04-dual and wondering how I copy the ISO-image to my thumb drive and make it bootable.

If there is an easier approach like an image written for a thumbdrive and I have overlooked it - please point me in the right direction.
