Yo,sup ppl?
I've took an interest in arch recently...and followed instructions on utube on how to install it & installed it well with gnome in virtual box on my other pc to test my skills....but when I've installed core setup on my target pc...after i rebooted my network is off...or maybe it's on but it doesnt work ...gives me interrupt 21 in eth0...
Please..please..pleasee..what do I need to change/adjust to make it work correctly? Btw i have marvell yukon card on that pc...its weird...internet worked in virtualbox...but it doesnt here...
Also what does your network configuration look like in your '/etc/rc.conf'? If you can post your 'rc.conf' file here to find out if it's listed as DHCP or static. Try the 'dhcpd' command and see if that works for you.

I so don't like these VirtualBox testings... VB is very unstable, OS in VB works even worse. Some of them don't work at all when they work fine on a real machine.

I've never encountered this but you could be right. It's simply an alternative to dedicating an entire machine to see if an O.S. / distribution will work. I always prefer the real thing over a VM. Arch with out a doubt is well worth every machine I have ever loaded it on and more...
