Exclamation [SOLVED] Arch64 KDE: network and audio troubles

I recently installed an Arch Linux 64-bit on my PC. I have some troubles with network. I have NetworkManager with nm-applet as frontend; it costantly disconnects and reconnects with no output. For example, while I am surfing the internet, all is good but sometimes the network goes down and nm-applet says nothing (it seems connected). I have to disconnect and reconnect from my network. Here is my network card:
03:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8723BE PCIe Wireless Network Adapter
Another problem: I have no audio frontend in my KDE and if I watch a video on YouTube for example there is no audio... do you know the names of some frontends? There is also a notification in the desktop that says the audio controller doesn't work and that it is using Default as fallback.
Here is my audio card:
00:01.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Kaveri HDMI/DP Audio Controller
00:14.2 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD] FCH Azalia Controller (rev 01)
Can you help me, please?
PS Sorry for bad english
PPS I installed kdebase-workspace from the official repositories and not kde.

Welcome to LQ.

Plasma 4 or Plasma 5?

If you are interested in Plasma 5 then you first need to remove kdebase-workspace.

Plasma 5:

Arch Wiki:

Plasma 5 is not co-installable with KDE 4 Workspace. If you install it you will be prompted to remove kdebase-workspace. It's a good idea to remove it first and then install plasma-meta or plasma.

The Plasma 5 Desktop workspace is available in the official repositories as plasma-meta or plasma group.

Arch Wiki:

rtl8723be disconnects:

The rtl8723be module is included in the mainline Linux kernel since version 3.15.

Some users may encounter errors with powersave on this card. This is shown with occasional disconnects that are not recognized by high level network managers (netctl, NetworkManager).

This error can be confirmed by running dmesg -w or journalctl -f and looking for output related to powersave and the rtl8723be module.

If you are having this issue, use the fwlps=0 kernel option, which should prevent the WiFi card from automatically sleeping and halting connection.

options rtl8723be fwlps=0

For your sound problems, post the output of:
lspci -knn|grep -iA2 audio
aplay -l
