Question How to automate ones login in UNIX?

HI All,
This is what I want to do.

Firstly I want to automate my login in an UNIX(AIX) server.I am using csh shell. The things I want to automate are

1.)The server should automatically use my credentials when I login into the server. The protocols I am usign for logging in are ssh and telnet.

2.)Once I login into the server it should run certain connamds automatically.

Can someone point me to some documenation of how to go about doing this?
or help me by writing some sample code

Regards,
