Epoch Converstion

Hi all... I am trying to get a list of all users and thier last login times. I am using the "lsuser -a time_last_login ALL" command. The only problem I am having is that the date is in Epoch seconds. Can anyone point me in the direction to convert Epoch Seconds to a readable date format using Perl or Ksh?
