Block telnet against a particular IP


Hi friends ,

I m using AIX - 5.3 server .
I want to know , is there any firewall for aix server (Like iptables, ipchains in Linux) , because I want a situation where every people in my local network cannot access server via telnet/ssh service . I want to block telnet & ssh service against a particular IP . Can I do it ?

Plz inform me ...... THX
