There's some good Nikes and there's some bad Nikes.

I've never bought a computer with Linux on it, but for me it would be the biggest bang for the buck. Pinebooks have caught my eye!

We make no profit from selling these units. If you think that a minor dissatisfaction, such as a dead pixel, will prompt you to file a PayPal dispute then please do not purchase the Pinebook.
I.m one who can live with a dead pixel or 2. Too bad they are out of stock presently.

Thumbs up :D

Looks like Frameworks are the same, tho I've only been watching them awhile?

Crowd Supply is another one where if you don't jump in quick, there out and often forever!

jeremy

I'd like to see this on the list: MNT Reform: https://www.crowdsupply.com/mnt/reform
...I'd try it before a Framework,,, if I had cash to blow...

Well, back to school.

I'm a Lenovo fan, simply because of their status for Linux compatibility, and that they are fairly easy to find at competitive prices.

Correct, I moved from Lenovo to Dell for my latest machine, and it's been the best Linux experience I've had!

This HP Chromebook Education Edition is not bad. Not that I'd buy it (specifically) but if you had a kid that needs one, worth taking a look.
