Question Specifying the primary network interface.

I have two network interfaces:

Internal: rl0
External: ne3

I would like to change the primary interface from rl0 to ne3.

Can someone here please explain how to do that?

I'm trying to run scanlogd on my OpenBSD gateway to detect portscans but it seems to be using the wrong interface (rl0).
