Unhappy OpenBSD keeps rebooing after running fsck_ffs

I'm a laptop user and when my battery discharges my laptop turns off. That abnormal shutdown causes my FFS unclean, and OpenBSD needs to clean it using fsck_ffs. Today after that automatically fsck_ffs OpenBSD rebooted, instead of starting services like XDM, it just reboots. I tried running fsck_ffs on a live usb to make sure the file system is clean but didn't helped. The file system works and I can use it, but OpenBSD still reboots. Any help ideas?
