Question Netbsd ?? on Acorn with no RiscOS

Can any one tell me if I can install Netbsd or anything on an Acorn A7000+ with a blank hard drive( don`t know how it`s been formatted)
From what I have read you need RiscOS already to install Netbsd. If I am in error I apologize and would appreciate any help to put me straight.
Is it possible and How
Thanks in advance
Steve

I am no expert but the install text seems to imply you can boot from a floppy or cdrom. It doesn't say anything about needing the old OS.
