FreeBSD 7.3 Gnome Isssue?

I tried installing FreeBSD 7.3 on Vmware Esx4.But The Gnome login screen does not give any option to enter username / password (screen attached) on FreeBSD 7.3 (32-bit). Clicking on “Shutdown” / “Restart” button does not do anything.

First, you need to do a search.
Second ,7.3 is a testing release.

Also look in the handbook for virtualization.
