It says that it cannot mount on to the system and it is inacessible to either any 1 of the two partitons, why? And do i need to install Ubuntu before I can read, write and access my Windows drive. The system of Windows is Windows XP SP2, FAT32, 2 partitions, 1 about 9+GB (For system) another is around 8GB (For personal like musics, etc).

Thank you.
However, how easy is Knoppix? And what do u mean by wrong format? Must I convert to NTFS? Or Ubuntu Live CD simply cannot any windows file system and the only way is to----install it.?
The windows partition is NTFS, to read it, you need something like Knoopix, Ubuntu does not really read it. Knoppix is "easy", it uses KDE and is a LiveCD, you can install it, and as you seem to want to have constant access to the files, you may want to install it. It is Debian based like Ubuntu. Knoppix is a single CD iso, I carry it along with GParted as the 'tools of the trade'...here is the link to distrowatch's page on it: click here.
