webmin config file for firewall

Need to get to this file from command line.
Then put in my local computer host name to be able to access the webmin console just from that local computer...one pc.

Thanks

Fixed.
Do not use JUNK IE.
Use Firefox browser with no problems at all.
IE just won't let you accept the SSH certificate or let you even view it.

ALL GOOD NOW!
