View the contents of boot floppy disk

I boot the ubuntu-server from a floppy disk that have grub. But when mount the floppy and I try view the files don't appears nothing. How can I see the contents of floppy disk

I execute ls but I stiil do't see any file

Perhaps because it is a grub floppy it doesn't write files, but rather strait-up binary data...
Have a look with a hex editor.
