using ubuntu 10.04 and don't know how to install different login screen

hello everyone i'm using ubuntu 10.04 and i am learning a lot everyday....but i still haven't figured out how to edit my login screen from the main menu
Ok I would like to change the login theme. The wallpaper and everything about the way it looks. Or just change to one of the "gdm themes" available at gnome-look.com

Explain it in detail.
What do you mean by editing the login screen?
Do you want to change the wallpaper or what?
