if you look at
these search results you will notice that this has been asked, answered & solved many times.
uninstalling pulseaudio is easy.
taking care that no applications then later want to again pull it in as a dependency requires conscious updating.
if your system sound doesn't work after uninstalling pulseaudio (and rebooting), maybe the question should be
how to configure alsa instead.
