Ubuntu 7.04 with Beryl

Hi,
I tried to run Beryl on Ubuntu 7.04. Everything seems to be working except gnome terminal is totaly white when I open in while in Beryl. However, if I open gnome terminal in Metacity and then switch to Beryl, then terminal looks just fine.
Anyone has seen this problem? Any suggestions how to fix it?

... short answer: yes.

You need to fiddle the settings for transparency and/or your driver options in xorg.conf
