Scrollback problems using screen

I'm new to using the screen utility with Ubuntu. I've got a .screenrc file, and am able to set up multiple "screens", but the one major problem I have is that I'm unable to scroll back through my screen output like I can do running the regular terminal application. Can anyone help me out with that? Also, if you are in one screen session, is there a way to switch to a different screen session? I have 6 terminal sessions open and am running screen on each one. It'd be handy if I could do it on only 1 or 2 terminals.
Thanks,
PV

The only way to scroll in GNU Screen is to enter copy mode. Ctrl+a then Esc and use Page Up/Page Down keys to scroll. Hit Esc to leave copy mode.
