Moving all exchange 2003 mails (contacts, calendars) to linux

Hi,
do anyone in here have any experience with moving (migrating) from Exchange 2003 to linux?
I have a plan to move everything from Exchange 2003 to linux (emails, contacts, calendars ... ).
Could somebody help please?
I'm not very afraid about emails, but important part will be moving calendars/contacts and sharing them for multiple users.
I have an Ubuntu 7.10 installed with:
postfix
dovecot

then

OpenLDAP
Mysql
Cyrus-Sasl
SquirrelMail

Current clients are using Outlook 2003, but it's not neccessary to use it, it may be something else.

I'll appreciate any tip how to do this moving.
Thanks a lot.

Radek

I've not used it but Evolution has an Exchange connector.
