Little help when you have time multi-arch kUbuntu 14.04

Thanks in advance please do not let this go to a my distro better than yours. I need help.
so I grabbed kubuntu 14.04 LTS. I have been booting it for a while live from grub2.

But I been asked to make some debs up an I really need to be able to do it like we did back with 12.04 but oh well.

Here is my wish list multi arch compile all 32 bit and 64 bit. run the same.

one system yes I need to be able to handle -m32 -m64.

I spent a day reading and trying different ways people are doing it but what I read is from ask Ubuntu that they have changed there ways. ok What ever.
so how are the Ubuntu developers doing it and testing.

building is not the problem I can do it in 32 bit system and 64 bit system. but these programs require both in order to run vivox 32 bit skype 32 bit.

Hey I want to be able to build in one system.
I use another system Slackware and been doing it a long time.

And I have built rpms and debs but you really need the ubuntu or Debian environment to build them for their system.

I did this with 12.0.2 12.04 13.0 but not 14.04.

baffled and lost Thank you all for taking the time to read this.
