rockfall, you have been called out on language and attitude before on this forum, and I would like you to further consider whether the attitude that you are displaying here is the one most likely to get you help with your problem, if that is what you want.

linux not boot help now!
You should realise that writing like that makes you sound like a spoilt brat throwing your toys out of the pram, and I'm sure that is not how you would like to come across, and I hope that it is a false impression.

linux version ubuntu 7.04
Any particular reason that you are using a version that old? It is likely that there will be errors in software that old, if you are running on hardware that was not in existence when the software came out. And, of course, there will be the usual improvements over time, so something more recent might cure your problem with booting and give you other improvements.

it show kornel panic message and freeze
If there is some good reason for using this old version, then it might help you to help the people who might help you. When there is a kernel error message, if people are to help, then telling exactly what this message is, would be what they would want.

If you go here: https://shipit.ubuntu.com/
You can get an current CD sent to you for nothing.
It might take a few weeks to arrive, but it will come.

May I suggest you learn:
  • How to spell.
  • How to punctuate.
  • How to use capital letters.
  • The difference between "\" and "/".
  • How to ask questions, providing sufficient information so we can help you help yourself.
  • How to install a current linux distro (ubuntu 7.04 is three years out of date).
  • To be polite, receptive to suggestions, and not be so angry with your own ignorance.
Best wishes in your learning experience, it will be worth it.
We remember we all had to start at the beginning.
So we are here, trying to help you.

Honestly, Rockfall, those syntax errors (humor) in your English need to go. Please, maybe you ought to know how to post:
  • More information
  • Proper punctuation
  • Proper capitalization

Back to the help: It looks like you either tried to reformat the root drive or tried to remove the root filesystem via the terminal. Your only hope is to reinstall if this is the case.
