I'm trying to install the live CD of Ubuntu on my PowerPC so that I can compile a kernel for Debian. (howtoforge.com/boot_debian_from_external_firewire) Is the website not working or something, because when I click the download button, I get a ~430KB file, and theres no way to DL, i tried everything.
Thidranki, what did you do with Firefox. I've been trying to d/l ubuntu 5.10 live Cd from 8 different places. Only once have I been able to get the whole thing. Though the md5sum was bad. All other d/l's the transfer pauses between 540MB to 590MB. I've contacted my ISP, I've d/l through windows. I have yet been able to successfully get the file????
