how to use uck

I've installed the Ubuntu Customization Kit using the .deb file but I can't find either the command for it or any mention of it at all on my Dapper Drake system. I tried the page where I got it but either it says it is for really advanced users or the text is out of date. I've seen screenshots but have no idea how to get there.

I've only tried the customize-cd-gui but so far it works great. Thanks!
