How to install os system in live CD into a hard disk?


Readme in the live cd told me that it's OK after I click the installer icon on the Desktop.But the live cd can not support my display card,so I can not enter the X-windows,only in the prompt interface.How can I install the os system into the disk in the propt?anyone help me? Thanks a lot!

Well, the more important issue is really to get your video card working in the live CD...since you are going to need to do the same thing in the installed system. If it isn't working on the live CD, it almost certainly won't work when installed either.

But if you still want to, the alternate install CD will allow you to do a text-mode installation.
