Configuring jpeg/gsl/gmp libraries; getting lot of troubles..pls, help


1) ubuntu 10.10
gcc 4.4.5


library:- gmp-4.3.2


this is the error my terminal is displaying to me..


checking for suitable m4... bash: error: No usable m4 in $PATH or /usr/5bin (see config.log for reasons).

i tried to copy the gsl-1.14 library to bin but it is not letting me to copy , cp option from terminal is not copying and copy option from right click too is not working.





any help from you boys..!
