Change What Gtk+ Apps Look Like Per Application In Kubuntu (12.04 AMD64)

I LOVE Oxegen but apperently Code::Blocks has issues with the oxegen theme used for gtk applications and crashes.
Is there a way to configure that (System Settings -> Application Apperance -> Gtk+ Apperance) so that it has some per application settings. Like everything but Codeblocks used the oxegen theme?
A similar thing would be how in wine you could tell it to use different os versions (98, XP, etc.) for spicfic apps.
