Cant install BOUML under amd64

I added the sources still I cant install it cuase it says that it does not have the amd64 packages. But in every other distro there is an amd64 package.
This is their website http://bouml.free.fr/download.html
this are packages found http://gentoo-portage.com/dev-util/bouml
http://packages.debian.org/unstable/devel/bouml

can I use the amd packages of another distro in my automated package manager?
