Can I upgrade to 8.04 with an apt-get command?

To upgrade to 8.04, do I have to use a CD/DVD?
Or can I simply issue an apt-get command?

No you dont need an CD/DVD. Take a backup of your original sources.lst. Copy the sources.lst for 8.04 from the net. You can google for that. Place it in place of your original sources.lst and issue an apt-get update then apt-get upgrade. That should do it.

Alternatively, you could download 8.04 from the ubuntu forums. and then install it.

Hope it helped.
