auto create 2 vncservers for 2 different users

Hi all,

I set up vnc so 2 user can use that computer simultaniously. What I have to do is login as the first user and type "vncserver".
After that I need su to the second user and also type "vncserver" there.

I am using ubuntu, but how can I automatically create those 2 vncserver only when the computer boots up.
in Fedora you have /etc/sysconfig/vncservers.
but in Ubuntu this does not exist and in Fedora there is a service that you have to start.

How can I do this in Ubuntu?
They shouldn't be locally logged on to be able to create the VNCserver.
I don't want to use XDMCP.
So you only have to log in to VNC server.

I googled alot but things get very confusing.

Help is very appreciated!

Greetings!
