application to monitor network connections?


What application is there available to monitor the network connections of a box? (GUI, please! I love the CLI, but this is for a windows user... my boss ).

If you are using Kubuntu, there is knetload. If you look in the drop down menus in Gnome, there will something there too. You could always go to Synaptic and search for monitor using name and description then D/L it if it is not there. .

You will find something native in Gnome that will start with a "g". do the same search, but look for gnome stuff, you will be better off. gkrellm look like one.

gkrellm? I remembered it after I had already installed knetload.
