Well seeing RH is now part of IBM, this is just IBM being IBM. Fire people in one country, hire in another.

But with that said, I have worked with IT people in Mexico, and I found them extremely smart and driven. On average the Mexicans seemed as good if not better than working with some people in other regions (including my country).
