Toennies has announced the release of Netrunner 16, a Kubuntu-based Linux distribution featuring the KDE Plasma 5.3 desktop.Netrunner 16 ships the latest Plasma Desktop 5.3 and KDE Applications 15.04. For its looks, Netrunner now uses Carbon, a widget-style derived from Oxygen as new default theme for both gtk2/gtk3 and qt4/qt5 applications.

Long time Kubuntu fan. Been running Netrunner 16 for 3 days now, and found no difficulties switching. There were some things that I just wanted in basic Kubuntu that Netrunner had.
It also seems to load faster.
