Yesterday I wrote up a first reaction to the Megaupload case. Having spent some more time going through the indictment in much greater detail, I have some more thoughts and concerns.
Well, it looks like this part of their case against MU won't hold water, but then again I'm not a lawyer and if I were a good lawyer it probably would hold water with a lot of patching.
