This is an interesting opinionated piece dissecting what are the factors which made Ubuntu the most popular Linux distribution. The author looks at both sides of the coin so to speak and then arrives at the conclusion that there is much more to Ubuntu than merily its name. And that other linux distributions can take a leaf from Ubuntu and improve their popularity standing.
