At some point we won't even call it Linux anymore.

"Old" Grub, eh? So when are we replacing bash with systemd-sh? Bash is "old and useful," right?
Hey, why don't we ALL just use Red Hat then? It's new, it's always new... New, new, new. Is this the year of the systemd desktop?
Let's not forget that many people had Windows 10 installed over their other Windows whether they wanted it or not.
Because Windows 10 is new. New is always better. Who wants choice, really? Go with new.
And why wouldn't I want every single program I rely on developed by the same people? What's the harm in that? Three questions for everybody:
1. Do we want vendor lock-in?
2. Is is possible to produce or convincingly simulate lock-in with freely-licensed software?
3. When does this trend of assimilation reverse again?
