One of the things that really excited me about SuSE 9.2 was the promise of better wireless networking.
So I have inserted my USB wireless receiver (D-Link DWL-122) and lo and behold,
SuSEPlugger lists it as "D-Link Unclassified Device" under the "Unknown" section.
Excitedly, I press the "Insert" button, hoping that this will activate said device. And it does! I get a message saying that the driver has been delivered and the device will now work.
So I boot up
usbview and see there, under "OHCI Host Controller", entry "prism2_usb". Which contains the following:
Code:
prism2_usb

So after all of this, I've fiddled about with YaST, with KInternet, and half a dozen other things- but although it's there, I can't connect to my life-saving internet-providing wireless network!
Anyone know where to go from here?
