Why get floppy disk mount error with signature "ssas"?

Hello,
I'm using opensuse10.1 with gnome on my P-III desktop PC.
I inserted my floppy disk into its drive, then double click floppy icon on desktop.
Then come out mount error message, the detail message is:

Method "Mount" with signature "ssas" on interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" doesn't exist.

Why this message appear, what is the souce of proble, and how to solve my problem?

Normally one click should suffice. Try that. Was that the entire message you got?

Alternatively, try a right click and then click open and post what happens.

You can also issue in a terminal

Code:

mount -t vfat /media/floppy

Try a single click on the icon after that. Again, please record what happens and report back. Good luck.
