Where is gnome-config

I've installed SuSE Professional 9.2 and am in the process of installing some additional gnome apps. They want gnome-config. I've installed every package with gnome in the name, still no luck. Does anyone know where this can be found? I really don't want to recompile gnome from scratch.

Not in 9.2. I saw the same post, but it refers to an earlier version of SuSE.

Sigh.. in 9.2 it is gnome-libs-devel

Results in /opt/gnome/bin/gnome-config

I'm looking at the DVD though.. maybe it's not in the CDs??

Maybe you need to put /opt in your path. And start a new shell after installing new libs.

Could be! I have heard many reports that the CD's are not complete.
