Can I upgrade my 9.1 to 9.2 free and where do I go to get it?

Iso burn preferred.

Yes you can via ftp, but the packages are not available yet. Look for them here;

ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/

ISO?, not legally. There is no 'free' personal edition like SuSE 9.1

Yes there is, but it is, as always a FTP network install, with the BOOT.iso located in the BOOT subdirectory of ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/i386/9.2/ The files aren't uploaded yet... look for them around mid-december/january.
