hi,

try running xawtv from a command prompt and post back with any messages that appear... you shouldn't have a problem with a bt878-based card..

Hi xawtv package which comes with suse 9.1 isn't working and i as you have xawtv to close when i start it up.I have a pinnacle pctv pro tv card. But you can use kdetv which 9.1 has and works fine or get xawtv source and compiled which is working too.
