problem with YOU

Hi, i'm a newbie so please be a bit patient.
I'm having some problems updating my distro. The updater tells me that there are 80 software updates available.

When i try to update them i get this error message that i don't understand.
"Installing patch:MozillaFirefox-1981-0.noarch[SUSE-Linux-10.1-Updates]
atom:MozillaFirefox-1.5.0.6-1.3.i586[SUSE-Linux-10.1-Updates] provides MozillaFirefox == 1.5.0.6-1.3, but it is uninstallable. Try installing it on its own for more details.
There are no installable providers of MozillaFirefox == 1.5.0.6-1.3 for patch:MozillaFirefox-1981-0.noarch[SUSE-Linux-10.1-Updates]
"

How could i fix this?

Not sure of the answer since I don't use Suse.

However I wanted to point out there is a 1.5.0.7 available with security fixes from www.mozilla.org itself. You probably want to install that rather than the 1.5.0.6.x version anyway.

Point your firefox browser at www.mozilla.org and choose firefox from there. It should put you right at a link for a download to the Linux updated version.

The new zen updater doesn't work so well out of the box. You need to update it by adding an update mirror to YaST, then using the YaST package manager. Mirror (use the right one i586 or x86-64): ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/aj/10....date-test/rpm/
