PROBLEM WHILE COMPILING gtk+ in suse 10.1

hi all
i have writte a program in GTK+. DURING COMPILATION AM HAVING THIS ERROR.

i have the same problem , i 've tried to install the suse 9 , but still the same answer...

download from gnome.org (or get in any other way) and install libart and whatever 'Package Ohno' it will say is not found.
