Plasma file-icon kickoff from panel OK in Leap, NOT so in TW

I drag a text file (call it "2do.txt") icon to the panel, under Leap-15.2 clicking that icon opens it in a text editor, if it's html then in a browser *as it should*. But if I click it in Tumbleweed I get

"This will start the program: 2do.txt"
"If you do not trust this..." PHOEY!!!
this bit is so microshitish I puke before
reading it all

..anyway, so I click "Continue" and I get
an alarm annunciator popup about the

"....2do.txt.desktop file is not valid"

this is the file:
Code:
#!/usr/bin/env xdg-open
[Desktop Entry]
GenericName=plain text document
Icon=/home/u3/0/icons/2do.png
Name=2do.txt
Type=Link
URL=file:///home/u3/0/2do.txt

I am curious which editor created 2do.txt. Do you get the same result with other .txt files? Sometimes things change in TW. Maybe this is an unwanted change nobody noticed before you.

I have no idea but it's the same with html files or media files: left click produces the cited results. Right clicking offers as one option to open the containing folder, this works and I can then in that folder click the source icon to open it. Just a hunch but I think Plasma has reverted panel use to executables only (?).

Best way to find that out would might be in one of KDE's forums.
