My Computer icon problem

When I click the My Computer icon on my desktop I get an error that says 'Retrieving data from drives is not supported'. I think I just messed up the file association. Could someone give me the right settings? I am using suse 9.1.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Phil

If you right-click on the icon and select Properties, does it show the file extension of .desktop? That is what it should be. It should be listed as being a desktop configuration file and not associated with any program. Worse comes to worse, you should still have icons for all your drives on the desktop anyhow, unless you deleted them.
