kppp problems

Hi all i recently installed suse 9.1 personal and i have problem to connect to the internet with kppp.Every time i boot and start kppp i get an error message that /usr/sbin/pppd has not set the suid bit in its permission then i set the permission ok but then when i try to connect i get the error status that pppd died unexpectedly and exit status 2.I check that exit status which is :An error was detected in processing the options given, such as two mutually exclusive otions being used. When i start kppp from a konsole and during the proccess of connecting i get this output:
Code:
paul@medic:~> kppp
Opener: received SetSecret
Opener: received SetSecret
Opener: received OpenLock
Opener: received OpenDevice
QMetaObject::findSignal:Accounting: Conflict with AccountingBase::changed(QString,QString)
Opener: received ExecPPPDaemon
In parent: pppd pid 6713
Couldn't find interface ppp0: No such device
Kernel supports ppp alright.
pppd: Can't open options file /etc/ppp/peers/kppp: No such file or directory
It was pppd that died
pppd exited with return value 2
Sending 6449 a SIGUSR1
Opener: received RemoveSecret
Opener: received RemoveSecret
Opener: received OpenResolv
Opener: received OpenResolv
error opening resolv.conf!
Opener: received RemoveLock
Opener: received PPPDExitStatus
i noticed something like error opening resolv.conf! may this is the problem. With kinternet (wvdialer) i connect ok but i want to use kppp.

which didn't exist and is a copy of
Code:
