K3B starts every time I open CD tray. help!

Just after installing SuSE 9.1 I began to get tired of a message popping up whenever I ejected the CD, asking me if I wanted to run K3B. So one day I checked the box saying "don't ask me again". Of course, that time I accidentally clicked "yes" so now the K3B cd burner opens every time I eject the CD tray.

If anyone can help me I'd really appreciate it.

Try looking at the config file in your home folder/directory. These files are typically hidden so you need to choose view-->show hidden files then look for a folder called .k3B inside there should be the config file. Don't forget to re-hide your files after.

Try a right-click on suseplugger (it's a small tray icon that looks like a PCI Card) and press 'Configure'. There de-select all programs that you do not want to be started automatically, or switch off automatic start completely.
