Question jar files problem

hi folks

<newbie>

well i had downloaded the mrpostman.jar file ,installed it by the " java -hotspot - jar <filename>
,the file was installed - and now how do i run it ? i can see plenty of files in the usr/bin/local pertaining to the file but none i can find to acutally launch the program.
Further ,how do i add it to my menu ?

it may help to read the documentation about the jar from where u downloaded it.
Usually all come with a README file telling u how to procees after installation.
