got it working.

- install yast2-iscsi-lio-server (zypper -n in yast2-iscsi-lio-server)
- create a virtual disk image with dd (dd if=/dev/null of=/where/to/save/blk/device bs=zizeM/G count=count_of_blocks)
- use yast from terminal or gui (Network services -> ISCSI LIO Target -> open firewall port -> go to Global (terminal is SHIFT+G) -> chose authentication if you need -> go to Targets (SHIFT+T) -> add target (select or not auth) -> add LUN -> select path to LUN (where you created the "vdisk") )
- add client (cat /etc/iscsi/initiatorname.iscsi fromc client side and add inq number to yast)
- -> Finish

Test connection: iscsiadm -m discovery -t st -p IP.Address (default port is 3620, specify if you change it, if not leave just ip address)

Connect from client machine: iscsiadm -m node -l ( This is a basic config without authentication )
