Installs, but doesn't load
I am trying to install Suse. I tried out the live CD on my computer, and it worked great, so I want to install the personal edition.
So I put the CD in muy drive and restart my computer. It boots up, and I click Install. It sets itself up, it scans my computer, and scans very well.
Then I click Install, I go through the 20-25 minute install then it reboots my system. Here is where the trouble starts. When I turn my computer on, all it says is GRUB. Thats it. I re-installed it on the two other install options, safe mode and the other, but nothing. I then saw how GRUB is the boot loader, so I switched it to the other one, Lilo, and then when I turn my computer on, all it says is L.
Now, what exactly do I have to set the boot loader to for it to work? Or can I download some other boot loader that works.
By the way, I am typing this from another computer. The one I installed Suse on just says Grub. Please someone help.
